Not sure which fair fits your business?

Answer a few quick questions and we will match you with trade fairs that suit your industry, budget and goals.

Which of these should you visit or exhibit at?

Size is not the same as fit. A fair with half a million visitors can be a poor match if only a small share of them buy what you sell. Before you pick one, ask three questions:

  • Who attends? Check whether the fair is mainly trade visitors or open to the public. Several of the largest fairs here have public days, which inflates the headline number.
  • How early do you need to book? Stand space and hotels for the biggest fairs go first. For autumn 2027 events, start planning at least 12 months ahead.
  • Is a smaller fair better? Often yes. A focused fair with 20,000 qualified buyers can deliver more than a giant one. Browse all exhibitions in Germany to compare.

Planning your trip

Most German fairs run on the same rhythm: trade visitor days first, public days last. Book accommodation in the city or a nearby town as soon as dates are confirmed, and check public transport links from the nearest airport. Dates and venues change occasionally, so always confirm on the organiser’s official website.
